Birthday Parties

We’d love for you to celebrate your birthday with us!

This form is for birthday parties. Birthday parties take place during regular operating hours (found here). Our 2025 birthday party venue package is $100 (plus applicable entrance fees).

This includes:

• 2 hour party time slot
• One VIP parking pass
• A Reserved Party Area (10×20 tent & 2 picnic tables)
• Entrance for the birthday child
  • Each guest (ages 2 and up) is $5
• Private Hayride
• Access to everything included with the general farm entrance fee (animals, crop maze, play area, etc.)

The birthday party package fee of $100 will serve as the non-refundable* deposit (paid via Venmo) to hold your birthday party time slot. The entrance fees will be collected after the party. Outside food and drinks are allowed, but no grilling or cooking allowed onsite. Alcohol and smoking are not allowed.

Because our farm is an operational farm, children must be supervised at all times including the crop maze, animals, and other activities to maintain the safety of all of our guests no matter the age.

*In the event of closure due to rain, we will do our best to reschedule. If we cannot find a time to reschedule, we will refund your deposit.

When you arrive:

• Check in at the entrance stand and an employee will escort you to the party tent.
• All guests must go through the entrance stand to sign in and get a wristband. If guests are paying for themselves, they will not sign in or get a wristband.
• Payment for the total guests with wristbands will be collected at the end of the party. Please pay before you leave.

Sororities/Fraternities/Clubs

Sororities, fraternities, clubs, and other groups have been having events at the farm for years.

This form is for non-field trip groups. Groups could include sororities, fraternities, clubs, etc. These groups are welcome to come during regular operating hours (found here).

There will be a non-refundable* $100 group registration deposit (paid via Venmo) to hold your time. Your group will have a staff member assigned to your group and we will keep a sign-in sheet for you at the front entrance. Each person’s entrance will be $5 in addition to the group registration deposit and can be paid as a lump sum at the end of your visit.
